These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of actuatorleadershipgroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Actuator Leadership Group (“ALG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not for emergencies
The Site and its forms are not monitored around the clock and are not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. Information, not professional advice
Content on the Site describes our services and is provided for general information. It is not counseling, therapy, medical, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for working with a qualified professional who knows your situation.
No client relationship from using the Site
Browsing the Site, signing up for our newsletter, or submitting a form does not create a counselor–client, coach–client, or other professional relationship with ALG. That relationship begins only when we both agree to work together, and our services are governed by the separate agreements, informed-consent documents, and policies we provide at that time. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, they control for the services they cover.
Information you send us
You agree that the information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send detailed health or other sensitive information through website forms. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
Testimonials
Client testimonials on the Site are shared anonymously and reflect individual experiences. They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result; every person’s situation is different.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Actuator Leadership Group name and marks, belong to ALG or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Actuator Leadership Group has its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
